Reading Bowl @TomeSociety

I’m so thrilled that This is Not a Werewolf Story was selected by the Tome Society for the 2017-18 Reading Bowl. What an honor to make this list.

I’m so happy to have made it into The Seattle Times!

If you want to know the story behind the title and the landscape behind the story, then here’s an interview I did with the lovely Lisa Nehs of Books & Company in Oconomowoc WI. I was so lucky to get to meet her and many other indie bookstore owners in Orlando this summer at the ABC Children’s Institute. I hope you enjoy the interview and remember to support the local, independent bookstore in your neighborhood.
Twice a year, a panel of booksellers from independent bookstores select the ten best debut children’s titles that they’d like to showcase. I am so honored that they’ve included me. American Booksellers Association has selected This is Not a Werewolf Story as one of their Indies Introduce titles for Summer/Fall 2016.
And, as if that weren’t enough, some of the booksellers who reviewed it said some really nice stuff about it.
I can’t wait to read the works of all my fellow debut authors! I hope you will too. You can find the full list of works selected by Indies Introduce Summer/Fall 2016 right here.
